BREAKING: Love wins in Nevada!

BREAKING: Love wins in Nevada!

Today is a day Nevada won’t soon forget.

Just now, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that marriage bans in both Nevada and Idaho are unconstitutional.

The wedding bells aren’t ringing just yet. But since Governor Sandoval and Attorney General Cortez Masto have indicated that they don’t intend to appeal today’s ruling, loving and committed couples in Nevada might be able to marry in just a matter of weeks.

This ruling may very well be the final step in Nevada’s journey to winning the freedom to marry. Celebrate this enormous victory by joining us at a Decision Day event in Las Vegas tonight. Click here to RSVP.

It wasn’t too long ago when the fight to secure marriage equality looked bleak. But in the face of our opponents who told us we’d never be able to overturn Nevada’s marriage ban, we proved that when we work together, we’re unstoppable. And today, we won—big time.

Join us tonight as we celebrate this historic victory at The Center Las Vegas at 5:30 PM. Click here to say you’ll be there.

We’re incredibly grateful for the plaintiff couples and their legal team who put it all on the line to defeat Nevada’s marriage ban in court. And we’re grateful for you, for never giving up. Simply put: today would have never happened without our incredible supporters like you.
