It’s crazy to think that in just a matter of weeks—or even days—we could have an answer on the landmark challenge to Nevada’s marriage ban. And while we still don’t know how or when the court will rule, we remain hopeful that the 9th Circuit will agree with more than 30 rulings nationwide that have found state marriage bans to be unconstitutional.
